Zaanstad ice sceneSOLD
This is a lovely contempory work( probably about 40yrs old), beleived to be by a local Zaans artist, it is one of a pair, this one has a strange sort of monogram and the other has the name E v Berg, which I have not succeded in finding listed anywhere, never the less it is a charming characterful representation of skaters with a typical Zaans vilage of wooden houses as backdrop.
