Made in England and introduced in the 1920's by Witzig's Ltd. Witzig's still manufactures this bagatelle, essentially unchanged from the original model.

All contructed from wood with lid and automatic ball feed wheel.

This one has a name placque has inscription "CORINTHIAN IS THE ONLY BOARD I PLAY ON", with Walter Lindrum's signature. Walter Lindrum (1898-1960) was an Australian billiards player, regarded as the world's greatest billiards player. Lindrum was world famous in the 20's and 30's, which leads me to believe that this bagatelle was made in that time period.
