Small secretaire chest of drawersSOLD

This is a very nice  mahogany Georgian secretaire in a small size, from roughly 1790 I guess, it has boxwood inlays and a nice set of old handles, interior has those typical small drops on the drawers, all the drawers have oak linings, it is normal to pay a very high premium for a small Georgian chest not the case here though ! , and rare to find one with a nice origional  secretaire in it.

The chest has a nice colour, externally it is French polished and the interiors is finished with wax, drawer runners have been largely renewed to insure smooth running of the drawers, for the rest its remarkably origional.
