This is a superb top quality Regency secretaire circa 1820, proportions are quite large, materials good Cuban curl veneers over the whole front, lovely satinwood interior on oak with ivory knobs, on the caddy top ebany edging on a crossbanded top with geometric boxwood stringing on the top rail.
It has elegant kick out French splayed feet at the front and staight at the rear.
It is very origional throughout and the interior seems so fresh it could have been made yesterday, it wasnt !!
