Good quality early 19th century Bow fronted chest of drawers, it has full Spanish curl mahogany drawers and top with crossbanding, ebany lining and boxwood edging .
Curl mahogany of this quality has always been the most expensive and most difficult to work with, a chest of this type would have been substantially dearer than one with staight grained mahogany .
An elegant form and the most expensive materials make this chest one not to be missed , the early ones are getting dificult to find these days, and this one is fully restored and is very competitvly priced!
