Navy Millitary Campaigne chestSOLD
This is an early 19th century solid teak Navy campaigne chest, would have been part of a high serving naval officers personel effects, and would have been trasferred many times from ship to ship for this reason it brakes down into two pieces.
This one is completely origional even the feet, has the more unusual inset turned handlesand the carrying bars on the ends, it has a nice mellowed worn feel, has probably seen a lot of action.
