This is a superb George III bookcase, from the early 1800's, very refined model with boxwod inlays two lovely flamed mahogany panel doors, astricle glazed top doors, and reeded brass closing strips.
Has a mixture of origional wax finish and French polished surfaces, interior is in the traditional bookcase green paint.
A good Georgian bookcase nicely styled and a useful size is difficult to find, usually not to be found in this price class, normally I would have to price such a piece above the two thousand euros.
