George III Sheraton Period Inlaid Card Table SOLD
This is a stunning George III Sheraton Period Inlaid Mahogany D Shaped Card Table Circa 1780. The fold-over satinwood cross-banded top inlaid with multiple lines of boxwood and ebony stringing, opening to reveal a green baize interior supported by a double gate-leg action to the rear. The frieze and tapering legs similarly strung and with spade feet.
This is a remarkably original desirable piece with a lovely patina.
