Campaign secretaire bookcaseSOLD
This is a well travelled campaign secretaire dating back to the late 18th or early 19th century, possibly a millitary officers travelling equipment, it had interestingly deposits of what looked like Sahara sand in the locks, could have been in any number of far off parts.
The legs are very solidly strengthened with extra blocks and the feet show lots of distressing from being frequently moved, there is also two heavy brass lifting handles on the sides.
