This is a late rare 19th century cardtable, superb quality reviving the 18th century designs by Thomas Chippendale, which were based on Chinese style!
I once restored a pair of origional chippendale cardtables which made more than about 25k, back in the 80's, these days it Chippendale revival, never the less lovely and rare pieces, and a little more affordable.
